Project: Residential drafting.
Brief: The client is looking at building a granny flat at the rear of the land with 2 bedrooms, ensuites, laundry, living area and kitchen, as well as a outdoor deck area. Though the only limitation with this land is the existence of a board sewerage that runs across the land. To reduce the cost of encasing the board sewer, we've designed the granny flat in a way that looks relatively unusual externally but still functional internally.
